By checking your online account, you will see your current and prior orders including your Order Number and any and all payments received. Because our staff is so busy processing orders from all over the world each day, we were forced to make some tough decisions. We are no longer taking phone calls or adding shipping information into the web servers. We do answer all emails within 24 hours and that will never stop.

All order are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of funds unless we are out of stock on a medicine. We are now informing our customers of orders that are out of stock by email. We do not provide tracking numbers unless your order is more than 30 days late beyond all custom delays. PLEASE NOTE: Medicina Mexico has no influence over any government's customs. Access to our shipping computers is no longer available to our English Sections because it resulted in that department failure to finish its daily duties.

The UNITED STATES and some other countries require a prescription on all medications sold from Mexico. They further require documentation in English and an invoice of all medicines sold for customs.  For these countries, Medicina Mexico is now delivering your medicines to Dr. Isaac Reyes, MD (Ced. Federal 644884) (Ced. Estatal 1537-02/05) along with the required documentation including documentation on each medication sold in English is from Wolters Kluwer.   Dr. Reyes upon receipt of your medication will issue a prescription and provide for shipping pursuant to your order.  If for any reason, Dr. Reyes fails to issue a prescription for a specific medication, then you will receive a refund or credit.

INDICATIONS:
Inflammatory skin diseases or allergic origin, such as psoriasis, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, eczematous dermatitis, lichen planus, neurodermatitis, discoid lupus erythematosus, exfoliative dermatitis, intertrigo and stasis dermatitis.

Contraindications
Fluocinolone acetonide is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation, in cutaneous tuberculosis and some viral diseases such as herpes simplex and varicella.

PRECAUTIONS:
For any topical corticosteroid product, prolonged use may produce atrophy of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. When used on intertriginous or flexor areas, or face, this can occur even in short periods.
Significant systemic absorption may result when corticosteroids are applied to large areas of the body, even without use occlusive methods.

Topical administration of corticosteroids to children should be limited to shorter treatment and less consistent amount effective therapeutic regimen. In the presence of infection, an antibacterial, antiviral or antifungal appropriate should be used.

If a favorable response does not occur promptly, use of fluocinolone acetonide should be discontinued until the infection has been adequately controlled.

Occlusive techniques increase the percutaneous absorption of topical steroids. Its use is useful in the treatment of recalcitrant dermatoses. The use of tight-fitting diapers or rubber pants on a child may act as an occlusive technique and increase the absorption of topical corticosteroids in the underlying skin.

Patients (particularly children) receiving a large amount of topical corticosteroids applied to a large area or under an occlusive technique should be evaluated for hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal suppression (urinary free cortisol, ACTH stimulation test).

If suppression is the dose should be reduced or discontinued treatment.
This preparation is not for ophthalmic use.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

Risk Category C: Although the human are no reported side effects attributable to the use of topical corticosteroids during pregnancy, the absolute safety of their use has not been fully established. Therefore, in this case, its use is not recommended for large areas or long periods, especially during the first three months of pregnancy.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Have reported the following adverse reactions with topical corticosteroids: burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculosis, hypertrichosis, acneiform eruptions, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, maceration of the skin, secondary infection, skin atrophy, striae and miliary eruption.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:
No drug interactions have been reported with this product.

PRECAUTIONS IN RELATION TO EFFECTS OF Carcinogenesis, Mutagenesis, Impairment of Fertility
The use of fluocinolone acetonide is not related to effects of carcinogenicity, mutagenicity or teratogenicity. It also has not been associated with impaired fertility.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Topical.
Open cure: Apply a small amount to the affected area 2-3 times a day, rubbing gently, when the nature of the injury allows. When the box is under control, the dose should be tapered gradually.
Occlusive dressing: Apply a layer of fluocinolone acetonide on injuries and cover them with a sheet of polyethylene slightly higher than in the treatment area size.
Fix with tape the edges of the cover adjacent normal skin, making sure the dressing is airtight. When psoriatic lesions are located on your hands, cover them with polyethylene gloves.
